Anna Clearwater - Carpentry Apprentice
What does it feel like to be part of a project?
The coolest project I’ve worked on is a huge house that we built from scratch. It was really satisfying just going from an empty section to literally just building a house. To step back and say “yeah I did that."
What potential roles could you move into in the future?
Qualified carpenter and builder, building site manager, building project manager, construction firm owner.
Her journey
Anna was at university but decided it wasn’t for her, so she started a trial at Crestways Construction. That went well and now she’s an apprentice with Crestways and completing a National Certificate in Carpentry Level 4 – well on her way to becoming a qualified carpenter.
